This privacy policy applies to the CTunes app (hereinafter "Application") for mobile devices, developed by ANOOP P (hereinafter "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

Information you provide: The Application acquires information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, some features may require registration to function. The Service Provider may use provided information to contact you with important notices, required information, and marketing promotions.

Automatically collected information: The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your device's unique ID, your device's IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, and information about how you use the Application.

Does the Application collect precise location information?

This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI)?

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence technologies to process your data or provide features.

Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this policy.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
• With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of disclosed information, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all information collection by the Application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data retention policy and managing your information

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months and may then be stored in aggregate.

To request deletion of User Provided Data, please contact anooppkrishnan96@gmail.com. Note that some User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function properly.

Children's privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted. Parents or guardians who become aware that their child has provided personal information should contact anooppkrishnan96@gmail.com.

How is your information kept secure?

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Access is limited to authorized employees and contractors who need the information to operate, develop, or improve the Application. Please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new policy. You are advised to review this page regularly, as continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Your consent

By using the Application, you consent to the Service Provider processing your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer or hand-held device, or using information in any way, including collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information.
